Thanks to @hondude1978 who submitted this route.
Starting in Cross Hands, follow the A476 through Carmel and when you reach the mini-roundabout at Ffairfach, take a left and head in to Llandeilo on the A483. As you go over the river you get to take in the wonderful view - but make sure you keep your eyes on the road!
At the next roundabout, follow the A40 to Llandovery (a popular place to stop for a rest break or to chat with fellow bikers) then continue past Sennybridge, Brecon and on to Crickhowell.
Turn right at the petrol station, cross the bridge over the River Usk and head on the A4077 towards Gilwern - then it's the climb up past Clydach and Llanelly Hill all the way to Brynmawr.
And the best part about it? You get to do the route going home again as well!
